Been coming here for years can’t believe I’m actually leaving a bad review. This place has really gone south. When you order “All you can eat” they bring you 3 to 4 crabs at a time, And only one piece of chicken at a time. How to wait 5 to 10 minutes from More crabs And 10 minutes per piece of chicken. We walked in starving and the first piece of chicken we got was one chicken wing!! Like I said, I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve gotten worse and worse. I used to love this place and cannot believe that I’m actually leaving than a bad review. Also, the way they treated their serving staff was embarrassing. The food here is amazing. Just don’t get all you can eat or you will be very disappointed in the wait time for food.

There is a major disconnect between management and the staff. The servers were good. But management did not treat them well. Apparently foreigners come from other countries on work Visa's( they were very nice). The management seemed disrespectful to the staff.I had my 95 year old father with me. There were four of us in my party, three was ordering all you could eat crabs. I wanted an entree for my father. They insisted that we all had to order all you could eat crabs. This policy is not written anywhere.

We went in March for a mini celebration when most of OC was still closed for the season, and PGN fortunately came through with the best blue crabs! We bought from them 3x during our stay, and best part was they even had females which I prefer over males! Their steamed shrimp and fried fish were also great. Delicious fresh meaty crabs and pleasant accommodating staff, PGN is a no brainer in Ocean City! Thank you!
